Bread, pizza and cakes: Ciopa is a neighborhood bakery. A project by Sandra Tasca, already founder of Tàscaro, who fulfilled her dream to bring the true pleasure of traditional bread to the Isola neighborhood in Milan. Ciopa – which in the Veneto dialect means ‘loaf’ – has been awarded the 2 Pani award in the Guida Pane e panettieri d’Italia by Gambero Rosso just one year after its opening.
