A Milano Puoi x Davide Longoni: A Fusion of Flavor for an Iconic Michetta
On October 3rd, Milan will be infused with the authentic flavors of craftsmanship. A Milano Puoi and Davide Longoni are joining forces to create a unique culinary experience, dedicated to the iconic Milanese michetta.
During this special event, two exclusive versions of the michetta will be presented, the result of a careful selection of zero-kilometer ingredients and artisanal preparation. The first, a triumph of traditional flavors, will be filled with black pork prosciutto from Parma’s Leporati affiner, stracchino cheese from the 1 Michelin Star Contrada Bricconi farm and restaurant, and fig mustard from Bottega Pavesi. The second version, designed for vegan palates, will feature “urban” mushrooms from Buoono Farm, roasted with chili oil and homemade aioli sauce.
The event will take place at Via Tertulliano 68, starting at 6:30 pm, accompanied by a DJ set and a selection of natural wines and craft beers.

A MILANO PUOI
Francesca Noè and her “Milano to Taste”
Milan, a jungle of skyscrapers and opportunities. But for Francesca, the city was much more: it was a stage for showcasing her passion for food and discovery. In 2016, with a pinch of courage and a great desire to share, she created A Milano Puoi, a project that quickly became a reference point for those seeking to discover the true soul of the city. Hidden restaurants in narrow alleys, artisan shops that pass down family recipes, neighborhood markets filled with spices and fresh produce. Through her Instagram posts, Francesca created a community of food enthusiasts, bringing together people who shared a love for experiencing the city authentically.
Over time, A Milano Puoi evolved, becoming a full-fledged brand with a team of collaborators and an ever-growing number of initiatives. But the essence of the project has remained the same: the desire to share a passion for food and to reveal an authentic Milan, full of flavors, traditions, and people.
