This project was a celebration of the quality and craftsmanship that characterize Eatria; and an opportunity to explore and tell the story and the landscape that make its products so special. Behind the Scenes of Production Our journey began directly in Eatria’s production facilities, where we had the chance to capture every stage of the curing process, documenting the meticulous work behind each product. The company stands out for its attention to detail and quality, an aspect that is evident in the manual processing. We met Giuseppe, Enzo, and Pinuccio, the pillars of the company, whose faces and hands tell stories of passion and dedication. Every step of the production was captured to highlight the artisanal mastery and commitment involved in each product. This process is not just about quality but also about respect and love for a tradition passed down through generations. A Journey Through the Valle d’Itria Our tour then came to life among the picturesque farms and countryside of the Valle d’Itria, an area known for its beauty and authenticity.
